About the Opportunity
Vohra & Vohra is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate (IPR). The opportunity is intended for candidates seeking to build a career in Intellectual Property Law through practical exposure to legal research, drafting, case analysis, and IP-related legal proceedings.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Applicants must have at least four months of prior internship experience in Intellectual Property Law.
- Candidates should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected.
- Applicants should be interested in developing their careers in Intellectual Property Law.
Roles & Responsibilities
Intellectual Property Drafting
- Drafting notices of opposition, counter-statements, evidence in support of replies, rectification documents, notices, and rejoinders.
- Preparing legal memoranda, briefs, opinions, and initial case documentation.
Legal Research and Case Analysis
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex intellectual property matters using standard legal databases.
- Assisting senior lawyers with case analysis and reviewing legal precedents.
- Preparing case summaries and supporting the preparation of legal documents.
