The chamber regularly represents clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and other tribunals.

About the Internship

The Clarity Law is inviting applications from motivated law students for hybrid internship positions with immediate commencement. The internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to legal practice, particularly in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Interns will closely work with ongoing matters and gain practical understanding of how litigation strategy, legal research, pleadings, and hearings are managed in professional legal practice.

The internship particularly focuses on helping students strengthen their research, drafting, analytical, and litigation support skills through hands-on assignments and exposure to live matters.

Areas of Practice

The chamber works across several legal domains, including:

  • Civil litigation
  • Commercial litigation and disputes
  • Arbitration matters and dispute resolution
  • Constitutional law matters
  • Litigation before courts and tribunals
  • Matter preparation and legal strategy support

The chamber also appears before:

  • Supreme Court of India
  • Delhi High Court
  • Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)
  • Various judicial and quasi-judicial tribunals

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected interns may be expected to assist in:

Legal Research & Analysis

Interns will conduct detailed legal research on statutes, precedents, judicial developments, procedural laws, and litigation-related legal issues.

Drafting Work

Interns may assist in:

  • Drafting pleadings
  • Applications and submissions
  • Case briefs and legal notes
  • Legal research summaries
  • Litigation-related drafting assignments

Litigation & Arbitration Assistance

Interns may support the legal team in:

  • Ongoing litigation matters
  • Arbitration proceedings
  • Matter preparation and documentation
  • Case strategy assistance

Court & Matter Preparation

Where applicable, interns may gain exposure to:

  • Court appearances
  • Hearing preparation
  • Documentation support
  • Procedural and filing-related work

Skills & Eligibility Criteria
