About the Opportunity
The hiring covers two roles for legal professionals with experience in advisory, transactional, corporate, and commercial legal work. Candidates will work with a pan-India law firm, with opportunities based in Mumbai, Delhi, and Gurgaon.
Positions
Labour & Employment Lawyer
The role focuses on Labour & Employment law, including advisory and transactional work, as well as corporate investigations.
Corporate/M&A Lawyer
The role focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Candidates should have experience handling end-to-end transactional documentation, particularly commercial contracts and joint venture agreements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Two to eight years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Labour & Employment law for the Labour & Employment role.
- Experience in Corporate, M&A, or Private Equity for the Corporate/M&A role.
- For the Corporate/M&A position, experience handling end-to-end transactional documents, commercial contracts, and joint venture agreements is required.

- Handle Labour & Employment advisory matters.
- Work on transactional matters relating to employment and labour law.
- Assist with corporate investigations.
Corporate/M&A
- Handle corporate and M&A matters, including private equity transactions.
- Manage end-to-end transactional documentation.
- Work on commercial contracts and joint venture agreements.
