The internship offers practical exposure to litigation, commercial disputes, arbitration, intellectual property management, and contract drafting and review.

About the Internship
The internship provides an opportunity to understand how an in-house legal department supports a company’s business activities and manages legal matters.
Selected interns will gain exposure to diverse litigation and commercial disputes, including arbitration proceedings, commercial recovery suits and matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
The role also involves work relating to the company’s intellectual property portfolio and commercial contracts, offering insight into the responsibilities handled by a corporate legal team.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from law students who are motivated to learn and gain practical experience in an in-house legal environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will have opportunities to assist with:
- Litigation and commercial dispute matters.
- Arbitration proceedings.
- Commercial recovery suits.
- Matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
