About the Opportunity

StarLegal Law Offices, Jaipur is inviting applications from law students and recent law graduates for a 3-month legal internship offering practical exposure to real estate and commercial legal work.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working on title searches and real estate due diligence
• Reviewing and analysing property documents and title chains
• Assisting with bank legal scrutiny, including RACPC/SBI and other institutions
• Legal drafting, undertakings and documentation
• Legal research and case-law analysis
• Other practical legal assignments as assigned

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B./LL.M. students and recent graduates may apply
• Candidates should have a strong interest in real estate, property and commercial law
• Good research, drafting and analytical skills are required
• Applicants should be detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
• Candidates should be capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Duration

The internship will be for 3 months.

Location

The internship will be based in Jaipur.

Stipend

The internship is unpaid.
