Special Situation Advisors (India) Pvt. Ltd. (SSA) is a transaction advisory firm established in 2010. It specialises in stressed debt, non-performing loans and non-performing assets.
The firm works with banks, non-banking financial companies and investors on matters involving distressed assets and related transactions.
About the Internship
The legal intern will support the team with non-litigation legal matters, transaction-related work, legal research and documentation. The internship also involves reviewing agreements and assisting with due diligence and other legal assignments.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be pursuing an LL.B. or an equivalent recognised law degree.
- Have strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Have an interest in non-litigation work and corporate legal matters.
- Be available for a full-time, six-month internship.
Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected intern will:
- Assist with legal research and documentation.
- Support non-litigation legal matters and transaction-related work.
- Review legal documents and agreements.
- Assist with case-related research, due diligence and other legal assignments.
Duration
The internship requires a full-time commitment of six months.
