About Satyraksha Advocates & Attorneys
Satyraksha Advocates & Attorneys is a litigation-focused law office based in Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi. The office primarily practises civil and commercial litigation and regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
Its areas of work include civil disputes, commercial recovery, contractual disputes, execution proceedings and other allied litigation matters. The internship aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical advocacy through exposure to live matters and the day-to-day functioning of a litigation practice.
About the Internship
Selected interns will receive practical training under the guidance of experienced advocates, with exposure to legal research, drafting, court procedures and case management.
Location
The internship will be based at Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi – 110048.
Duration
The internship will be offered during October and November 2026. Applicants may indicate their preferred month while applying.
Vacancies
Two interns will be selected.
Stipend
A stipend of ₹2,000–₹3,000 may be provided based on the intern’s performance and the quality of work.
Application Fee
There is no application or internship fee.
Eligibility
Students in at least the third year of a five-year integrated law course or the second year of a three-year LL.B. course may apply. Candidates should possess good legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in civil and commercial litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will conduct legal research and assist with drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices and other litigation-related documents. They will also help with case preparation and file management, assist with court filings and procedural work, and attend court proceedings whenever required.
