RSA Law Consultants is a boutique law firm handling arbitration, corporate disputes, commercial litigation and related advisory matters. Its work includes shareholder disputes, insolvency matters and proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal.
About the Internship
Selected interns will assist with ongoing disputes through legal research, drafting and case preparation. The assessment internship offers mentorship from practising counsel and direct feedback on assignments.

Eligibility Criteria
Applications are open to:
- Students in their third year or above of a five-year law programme.
- Students in their second year or above of a three-year LL.B. programme.
- Recent law graduates.
Applicants must demonstrate an interest in arbitration, company law and commercial litigation and be available for at least three months.
Areas of Work
- Domestic and commercial arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Shareholder and boardroom disputes under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Oppression and mismanagement proceedings under Sections 241–242 before the NCLT.
- Insolvency and commercial disputes.
- Litigation and corporate advisory assignments.
Required Skills
- Legal research involving statutes, judgments and precedents.
- Basic drafting of notes, replies, applications and case summaries.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Duration, Location and Work Mode
Duration: Minimum three months.
Location: Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Work mode: In-office.
Office timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
