PANJ (Policy Advisory and Network for Joint Progress) is a policy-focused organisation that works on research, public policy, and stakeholder engagement to contribute towards the future development of Punjab. The organisation undertakes research initiatives and policy discussions while bringing together diverse stakeholders to deliberate on key public policy issues.
About the Opportunity
PANJ is inviting applications for the position of Research & Engagement Intern. Selected interns will work on generating research insights, organising events, and supporting policy initiatives aimed at contributing to the future roadmap for Punjab.
Number of Positions
There are 4 internship positions available.
Duration
The internship will be conducted during August–September 2026.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in offline mode.
Location
The selected interns will be required to work from Mohali.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be undergraduate students or above in Law, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or Public Administration.
- Have prior experience in working with data, primary research, and secondary research (preferred).
- Be available to work in person for the entire duration of the internship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Research
- Generate research insights through primary and secondary research.
- Work with data to support policy research projects.
Engagement
- Assist in organising events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support discussions and initiatives relating to the future roadmap for Punjab.
