Commercial Law Chamber (CLC) is inviting applications from senior law students for a paid full-time internship opportunity involving work on a high-value commercial matter before the Supreme Court of India. This internship is designed for students seeking direct exposure to complex commercial litigation at the apex court level.
About the Organisation
Commercial Law Chamber (CLC) is a litigation-focused legal practice handling high-stakes commercial disputes and matters before constitutional courts, including the Supreme Court of India. The chamber regularly engages with issues involving commercial regulation, contractual disputes, and specialised litigation strategy, providing interns with an opportunity to observe and contribute to advanced advocacy work in a professional litigation environment.
About the Internship
This internship is specifically structured around a significant commercial matter currently pending before the Supreme Court of India. Selected interns will work closely with the chamber’s legal team on research-intensive and drafting-related assignments connected to ongoing proceedings.
Interns will gain first-hand exposure to the preparation of briefs, case strategy development, and structured legal argumentation in complex commercial litigation. The opportunity is particularly valuable for students interested in appellate practice, commercial disputes, and Supreme Court litigation, as it involves engagement with real-time procedural and substantive legal issues at the highest judicial level.
Given the specialised nature of the assignment, the internship is intended for candidates who are able to commit meaningfully to the chamber’s workflow and contribute consistently over the required internship duration.
