About the Internship
The Legal Internship at Atrangii provides structured exposure to legal processes associated with the media and entertainment sector, particularly in relation to contractual documentation and internal advisory support. Selected interns will work closely with business and legal teams to assist in reviewing agreements connected with production services, licensing arrangements, acquisitions, and technology-related service structures.
Interns will contribute to drafting and negotiating agreements involving production partnerships, licensing transactions, SaaS arrangements, and vendor engagements. The role also includes reviewing contractual documentation to identify risks and ensure compliance with applicable legal and commercial requirements within media operations.
In addition to contract management responsibilities, interns will support internal advisory functions by assisting business teams with legal queries arising during operational decision-making. Exposure will also include drafting replies to legal notices and complaints and assisting with non-litigation documentation workflows handled by the organisation’s legal department.

Eligibility Criteria
