About the Opportunity

NC Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is offering a paid internship for law students during October 2026. Selected interns will receive hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interactions under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Duration

The internship will be for 4 weeks and may be extended based on the intern’s performance.

Mode

The internship will be conducted in-office.

Location

The internship will be based at the firm’s New Delhi office.

Working Hours

The internship will follow working hours of 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Stipend

Selected interns will receive a stipend of INR 5,000. The stipend may be extended based on performance.

The stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship. In case of early termination or discontinuation, no stipend will be payable.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme are eligible to apply.
• Students in the 2nd year or final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme are eligible to apply.
• Knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is preferred.
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Research

Interns will undertake legal research using legal research databases and assist with matters handled by the firm.

Drafting

Interns will receive exposure to legal drafting as part of their practical training.

Court Proceedings

The internship will provide practical exposure to court proceedings and litigation-related work.

Client Interactions

Selected interns will have opportunities to gain exposure to client interactions under the guidance of experienced professionals.
