About the Internship

Interns will support the Legal & Contracts team with agreement drafting, contract administration, documentation and coordination. The work includes maintaining contract records, tracking renewals and assisting with vendor-related processes.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- Completed an LL.B.
- An understanding of the Indian Contract Act.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Availability to work from the Noida office during the specified working hours.

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected intern will:
- Draft and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Assist with the preparation and administration of commercial agreements.
- Prepare contract summaries and abstracts.
- Maintain agreement repositories and legal documentation.
- Track agreement expiry dates and renewals.
- Support vendor onboarding.
- Assist with Request for Proposal (RFP) management.
- Coordinate and follow up on contract-related matters.
Duration and Mode
Duration: Six months, extendable based on performance.
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Mode: Work from office.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
