About the Job Opportunity
The Legal Executive will work on commercial agreements, including contracts relating to software, technology services and vendor arrangements. The role involves drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating agreements.
This is a work-from-office position based in Alwarpet, Chennai.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- An LLB or LLM qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Good communication and legal drafting skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will draft, review, redline and negotiate commercial agreements, including:
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Software License Agreements.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements.
- Vendor Contracts.
