About the Job Opportunity
The Associate will work on litigation, arbitration, commercial law and corporate advisory matters. The role involves preparing legal documents, assisting with disputes and advising on regulatory and compliance issues.
Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Have 1–3 years of relevant experience in litigation, arbitration, commercial law or corporate advisory.
- Possess strong experience in drafting pleadings, appeals, petitions, written submissions and legal opinions.
- Have experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Have experience in regulatory and commercial disputes before High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, tribunals or other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Be able to manage assignments, meet deadlines and work effectively under senior guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected Associate will:
- Draft and review pleadings, appeals, petitions, written submissions, legal opinions and other legal documents.
- Assist with litigation, arbitration, regulatory and commercial dispute matters.
- Support advisory work involving regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Manage assigned work and deadlines under senior supervision.
