Advocate Mohit Uppal’s practice covers courts and tribunals in Chandigarh, including the Punjab and Haryana High Court, RERA, NCLT, Consumer Commissions and District Courts. The practice spans writ, civil, criminal, real estate and commercial matters.
About the Opportunities
The chamber is seeking an Associate who can appear and argue independently, along with law students interested in gaining practical litigation experience. Selected candidates will work directly with the advocate on drafting, case-law research and court-related assignments.
Available Positions

- Associate: One position.
- Legal Interns: Two positions.
Additional associates and interns may be engaged if suitable candidates are identified.
Eligibility Criteria
For the Associate position, applicants must have:
- At least one year of post-enrolment experience.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- The ability to appear and argue independently.
For the Legal Internship, applicants must be:
- Law students pursuing any year of an LL.B. programme.
- Available for a minimum of six weeks.

- Drafting petitions, replies and legal notices.
- Conducting case-law research.
- Assisting with regular court work.
The Associate must also be able to handle appearances and arguments independently.
Location and Internship Duration
The opportunities are based in Chandigarh. Interns must commit to a minimum duration of six weeks.
