About the Opportunity
FourFold LPO is hiring an IP Litigation Paralegal (U.S. Law) to support its Intellectual Property litigation team. The selected candidate will work on U.S. copyright, trademark, and patent matters, assisting with legal drafting, litigation support, case management, and intellectual property prosecution-related assignments.
Mode
The position is full-time and in-office.
Location
The selected candidate will be required to work from the company’s office at Sector 132, Noida.
Shift
The position requires candidates to work in the night shift.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Have prior hands-on experience in U.S. Intellectual Property Litigation (mandatory).
- Possess excellent legal drafting and legal research skills.
- Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Be available for immediate joining.
Roles & Responsibilities
Intellectual Property Litigation
- Handle matters relating to U.S. copyright, trademark, and patent litigation.
- Review infringement claims and support ongoing litigation.
Legal Drafting
- Draft complaints, Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs), declarations, motions, default judgments, and legal memoranda.
- Draft licensing agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Intellectual Property assignments, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Terms of Service, and other commercial agreements.
Case Management
- Manage litigation files and docketing.
- Conduct legal research and assist with filings before the USPTO and the U.S. Copyright Office.
