The firm is inviting applications for both onsite and virtual internship opportunities for the month of September.
About the Opportunity
Maximus Legal is offering onsite and virtual internships to eligible law students for September 2026. The internship will provide exposure to work across multiple legal practice areas, including corporate matters, litigation, intellectual property, insolvency and trademark and copyright-related work.
Applicants are required to clearly specify the month of internship in their application.
Mode
The internship will be available in both onsite and virtual mode.
Location
The onsite internship will be conducted at Greater Kailash–1, New Delhi.
Practice Areas
The internship will involve work across the following practice areas:
- General Corporate
- Commercial Litigation
- Intellectual Property Rights Litigation
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
- Corporate & Civil Litigation
- Criminal Litigation
- Trademark Prosecution
- Copyright Filings
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the third year or above of a five-year law programme may apply.
- Students in the second year or above of a three-year law programme may apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
General Corporate
Selected interns may receive exposure to general corporate legal work.
Litigation
Interns may work on commercial, intellectual property rights, corporate, civil and criminal litigation matters.
Insolvency
The internship includes exposure to matters concerning the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
Intellectual Property
Interns may assist with trademark prosecution and copyright filings, along with intellectual property rights litigation.
