Platos Law is inviting applications from motivated and committed law students for the position of Legal Intern at its New Delhi office. The internship is intended to provide practical exposure to litigation and related legal work.

Interns will have the opportunity to work on matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, District Courts, High Courts and other tribunals and judicial forums.

About the Opportunity

The internship is designed for law students who have a genuine interest in litigation and are willing to take responsibility and learn through practical work. The opportunity will provide exposure to legal research, drafting, litigation and court proceedings.

Duration

The internship is available for the months of October and November 2026.

Location

The internship will be based at F6, Basement, Lajpat Nagar-III, New Delhi.

Practice Areas

The internship will provide exposure to litigation matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, District Courts, High Courts and other tribunals and judicial forums.

Eligibility Criteria

• The opportunity is open to law students.
• 3rd and 4th Year students of the 5-year course are preferred.
• Candidates should be motivated and committed.
• Candidates should have a genuine interest in litigation.
• Candidates should be willing to take responsibility and learn through practical work.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Research

Interns will undertake legal research as part of their work on litigation matters.

Drafting

Interns will gain practical exposure to legal drafting.

Litigation Support

Interns will assist with litigation-related work and matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Court Proceedings

Interns will gain exposure to court proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, District Courts, High Courts and other tribunals and judicial forums.
