Sinha & Company, Advocates is seeking a dedicated long-term intern for its High Court Original Side Department. The internship involves work relating to Property Litigation, Succession Law, General Civil Suits and related matters.
About the Opportunity
The opportunity is for a long-term internship with the firm’s High Court Original Side Department. The selected intern will be expected to commit fully to the internship during office hours and work on legal research and matters handled by the department.
Duration
The internship will be for three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Mode
The internship will be conducted on a full-time, in-office basis.
Location
The internship will be based in Kolkata.
Stipend
The internship is a paid opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently pursuing their 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for the entire duration of the internship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
The intern will undertake legal research as part of the work handled by the High Court Original Side Department.
Litigation Support
The internship will involve work relating to Property Litigation, Succession Law, General Civil Suits and related matters.
