About the Opportunity
The firm is inviting applications for a Litigation Intern to work with its litigation practice at its Gurugram office. The internship will involve legal drafting, case research, and exposure to court and tribunal proceedings.
Interns will work on matters relating to RERA, district courts, the Registrar of Societies, and other tribunals and forums.
Start Date
The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.
Location
The internship will be conducted from the firm’s office in Gurugram.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in their 3rd year or above may apply.
- Fresh law graduates may also apply.
- Candidates should have strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Candidates must be able to join immediately and commit to working from the Gurugram office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drafting
Interns will assist with drafting complaints, written submissions, replies, and legal notices.
Litigation Support
Interns will work on real estate matters, RWA and society disputes, and civil litigation.
Legal Research
Interns will undertake case research relating to assigned litigation matters.
Court and Tribunal Support
Interns will receive exposure to appearances and proceedings before RERA (HARERA), District Courts, the Registrar of Societies, and other tribunals and forums.
