About the Internship
Vertices Partners is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to corporate and commercial legal practice while working alongside experienced professionals on live matters.
Selected interns will have the opportunity to assist with legal research, drafting, due diligence, regulatory analysis, and other assignments across the firm’s diverse practice areas.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of one month.

This is an in-office internship.
Location
The internship is available at the firm’s offices in Mumbai, Noida, and Bengaluru.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently pursuing an LL.B. degree from a recognised law school.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Interest in corporate law, private equity, venture capital, and commercial legal practice.
- Ability to work in a professional legal environment and meet assigned deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters.
- Analyse statutes, regulations, judicial precedents, and legal developments.
Drafting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing legal notes, memoranda, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Support transaction and compliance-related documentation.
Corporate & Commercial Advisory
- Assist teams working on private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory matters.
- Contribute to due diligence and transaction-related assignments.
Regulatory & Compliance Work
- Support research and advisory work concerning foreign investment regulations, exchange control laws, compliance requirements, and sector-specific regulations.
Dispute Resolution Support
- Assist with case preparation, legal analysis, and documentation relating to dispute resolution matters.
