About the Opportunity / Internship
This internship is designed for law students who are serious about building a strong foundation in litigation practice. Interns will work closely with the legal team and gain hands-on exposure to live matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
The internship will provide practical experience in litigation practice, matters under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Sessions Court matters, and High Court litigation.
Interns will also assist in legal research, case briefing, vetting of documents, agreement drafting, and court procedure. In addition, they will gain exposure to client handling and understand how legal strategy is developed and executed in real matters.
