Blinkit is inviting applications for 1–2 Legal Interns to join its Expansion Team in Mumbai. The internship involves real estate due diligence, lease documentation, contract review and negotiations, and legal support for expansion-related operations.

Blinkit is a quick-commerce platform. Its Expansion Team handles matters related to expanding its network of dark stores, including property leasing and associated legal requirements.
About the Internship
The selected interns will work with Blinkit’s Expansion Team and assist with legal matters arising during the identification and leasing of properties for new dark stores.

Location
The internship is based in Andheri East, Mumbai.
Duration
Candidates who can commit to an internship of at least three months are preferred.
Number of Positions
Blinkit is looking to hire 1–2 Legal Interns for its Expansion Team.

Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the selected interns will include:
- Conducting due diligence on properties and land proposed to be leased for dark stores.
- Assisting with lease documentation, agreement reviews and negotiations.
- Supporting expansion-related legal work and operational matters requiring legal expertise.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth legal closures.
- Ensuring that documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Eligibility Criteria
Law students and recent graduates may apply. Candidates should have a keen interest in real estate, contracts, due diligence and commercial legal work. Applicants who can join immediately and commit for at least three months are preferred.
