Kohli and Kohli Law Associates is a law firm with a litigation practice based in Gurugram. The firm handles matters before RERA (HARERA), District Courts, the Registrar of Societies and other tribunals and forums, including real estate disputes, RWA and society disputes and civil litigation.
About the Internship
The firm is looking for a Law Intern to join its litigation practice at Gurugram, with immediate joining. The internship offers hands-on work in litigation matters along with exposure to court and tribunal proceedings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting complaints, written submissions, replies and legal notices.
- Handling matters before RERA (HARERA), District Courts, the Registrar of Societies and other tribunals and forums.
- Working on real estate, RWA and society disputes and civil litigation.
- Court and tribunal appearances and case research.
Mode and Location
The internship is conducted in person, and candidates must be able to work from the firm’s Gurugram office.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (3rd year onwards) or fresh graduates.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately and commit to working from the Gurugram office.
