About the Internship
4700BC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join its Corporate Legal Team. The internship offers practical exposure to commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, legal documentation, and contract management within a corporate environment.
Selected interns will work closely with the legal team and gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract review, compliance monitoring, and legal operations.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of two months and may be extended based on performance.

The internship is based in Gurugram, Haryana.
Stipend
Stipend will be provided as per industry norms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates pursuing an LL.B. degree (3rd year or above) from a recognised law school are eligible to apply.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills are preferred.
- Good drafting and communication abilities are desirable.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and a willingness to learn corporate and commercial law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases will be an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior relevant internship experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct research on commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
- Analyse legal and compliance issues relevant to business operations.
- Support the legal team in contract negotiations and advisory work.
Contract Drafting & Review
- Assist in the preparation and review of commercial contracts.
- Support contract drafting and documentation processes.
- Review contractual provisions and assist in maintaining contractual records.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Maintain and update compliance trackers.
- Monitor regulatory obligations and support compliance initiatives.
- Assist in tracking legal and regulatory developments affecting the business.
Contract Management & Documentation
- Assist in legal documentation and record management.
- Support contract repository monitoring and maintenance.
- Organise and manage legal records and documentation systems.
