Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Documentation
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding (MOUs).
- Assist in drafting and reviewing business-related legal documentation.
Compliance & Regulatory Matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organisation.
Legal Research
- Conduct research on legal issues affecting business operations.
- Prepare legal notes, summaries, and advisory materials.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Support legal communications and documentation processes.
