About the Opportunity
LAW Foundation is inviting applications for an Online Legal Research Internship. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to legal research through remote assignments, enabling interns to develop analytical and legal writing skills while working on real legal issues.
Duration
The internship will be conducted for a period of 30 days or until completion of the assigned task, whichever is applicable.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in online mode.
Stipend
The internship is unpaid.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be pursuing a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Or be pursuing a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme.
- Or be a recent law graduate.
- Possess strong legal research and legal writing skills.
- Familiarity with online legal databases will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned topics.
- Analyse legal issues and relevant authorities.
Legal Writing
- Prepare research-based legal content and written assignments.
Research Support
- Work on real-world legal issues assigned during the internship.
- Complete assigned research tasks within the stipulated timeline.
