About the Opportunity

Applications are invited for two Associate (Litigation) positions at different experience levels. Selected candidates will assist in preparation of briefs, drafting pleadings, and supporting case strategy in matters handled before constitutional courts and tribunals.

Associates will also contribute to legal research assignments, preparation of written submissions, and coordination of case documentation required for complex litigation proceedings. The role involves close engagement with ongoing matters requiring analytical precision and structured drafting support.

Positions Available

Position 1: Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Position 2: Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold an LL.B. degree from a recognised and reputed law school. Applicants should have at least two years or four years of prior litigation experience, depending on the position applied for.

Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to commercial litigation, constitutional matters, and arbitration-related work. Applicants should demonstrate strong legal research ability, drafting skills, and analytical competence suitable for Supreme Court litigation practice.

Responsibilities

Selected Associates will be expected to undertake legal research and prepare briefs, written submissions, and case notes for matters handled by the chambers. Responsibilities will include assisting in drafting pleadings and other court documents required for ongoing proceedings.

Associates may also attend court hearings, maintain detailed hearing notes, coordinate case files, and provide logistical and strategic support in complex litigation matters before constitutional courts.
