About the Opportunity

KMPL is hiring for two legal positions: Manager – Legal and Junior Associate – Legal. The roles involve handling arbitration awards, proceedings under the SARFAESI Act, FIRs, police complaints, customer visits with the Collection Department, and matters filed against the company.

Location

The positions are based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

Manager – Legal

• Candidates must have an LL.B. degree.
• Candidates must have 5–6 years of experience.
• Candidates with banking or NBFC experience will be preferred.

Junior Associate – Legal

• Candidates must have an LL.B. degree.
• Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience.
• Candidates with banking or NBFC experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates should be aged 30 years or below.
• Candidates should have good legal drafting and communication skills.
• Local candidates with relevant banking or NBFC experience will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Proceedings and Enforcement

• Handle the execution of arbitration awards.
• Handle proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
• Deal with FIRs and police complaints.
• Manage matters filed against the company.

Collection Support

• Conduct customer visits alongside the Collection Department.
• Assist with legal matters arising in connection with collection activities.
