About the Internship
NyayaSetu Partners Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for law students interested in DRT litigation, High Court matters, banking disputes, legal drafting, and courtroom exposure.
The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to legal research, drafting, case analysis, court visits, and litigation support, allowing interns to understand the functioning of legal practice and litigation workflows in a professional environment.
Duration
The internship will be conducted for a provisional duration of 1 month.
Mode
This is an on-site legal internship requiring physical office attendance.
Location
The internship will be based at Jyothi Nagar, Lal Kothi, Near Advocate Bhawan, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Roles & Responsibilities
Selected interns may work on:
Legal Research & Case Analysis
- Conducting legal research on legal developments and trending legal topics
- Analysing case laws and legal documents
- Assisting in legal issue identification and research support
Court Exposure & Litigation Support
- Visiting courts and gaining courtroom exposure
- Supporting the team in case preparation and litigation-related work
- Assisting in procedural legal tasks and legal documentation
Drafting & Documentation
- Assisting in legal drafting work
- Supporting preparation of legal documents and case materials
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
- Students currently enrolled in a law degree programme
- Candidates with strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Students having proficiency in legal databases and Microsoft Office tools
- Candidates enthusiastic about learning and contributing to legal practice
- Applicants having computer proficiency (mandatory)

- Internship Certificate
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance
