The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) is inviting applications for the position of Training Associate (Democracy & Election Management).
The position is based at the IIIDEM Campus, Dwarka, New Delhi, with the engagement being contractual through the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG).
About the Opportunity
IIIDEM is looking for a Training Associate to support its training and capacity-building activities in the field of democracy and election management.
The engagement is for three years and is renewable, with remuneration ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹80,000 per month, along with a performance-linked annual increment.

Eligibility
Candidates must meet either of the following routes:
- Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks in Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy or Law, along with UGC-NET qualification in the relevant discipline.
- Master’s degree in International Electoral Management and Practices (MIEMP), an approved programme of the Election Commission of India offered through TISS, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

The selected candidate will support the design and delivery of training and capacity-building programmes for national and international stakeholders.
Training of Trainers
The role will also involve supporting Training of Trainers (ToT), certification and related capacity-building initiatives.
