The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) is inviting applications for its Internship Programme. The internship offers hands-on exposure to democracy, election management, policy research, and governance while working with an institution of the Election Commission of India.

The India International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIIDEM) is an institution of the Election Commission of India and serves as a global centre of excellence for democratic governance and election management. The institute conducts training programmes, policy research, capacity-building initiatives, and knowledge-sharing activities in the field of elections and democracy.
About the Internship
IIIDEM is inviting applications for its Internship Programme. The programme provides interns with an opportunity to work on democracy and election management projects, contribute to policy research, interact with experts, and participate in academic and institutional activities.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in offline (in-person) mode.

Duration
Applicants may apply for either of the following internship tracks:
- Short-Term Track: 2 Weeks (Short Term)
- Standard Track: 2–3 Months
Stipend
Interns selected under the Standard Track will receive a stipend of ₹8,000 per month.
