GrowLegal is inviting applications from law students for a remote, paid Legal Internship with its US Immigration team, starting October 2026.

About GrowLegal

GrowLegal is the back-office team for solo and small immigration law firms, handling petition drafting, RFE responses, client intake and case operations. The company works across eleven visa categories, covering work visas, green cards and family-based applications. Its drafting work is bar-compliant and supervised by US-licensed immigration attorneys, with every petition reviewed by an attorney before delivery.

About the Internship

GrowLegal is looking for 3rd, 4th and 5th-year law students to join its US Immigration team as Legal Interns. The internship is conducted in remote mode and will run for a minimum of three months, starting October 2026. Interns will support the team with research, documentation and database work while gaining practical exposure to US Immigration Law.

High-performing interns may be considered for permanent opportunities with the company and may also get an opportunity to work on direct client matters.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role of the Legal Intern will include the following:

• Assisting the US Immigration team in building and maintaining legal databases.
• Conducting legal research and organising relevant legal information.
• Supporting the team with research and documentation related to US Immigration matters.
• Assisting with other legal and research tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. programme, currently in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year.
• Minimum availability of 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
• Minimum commitment of three months; some relaxation can be given for exam days, subject to workload.
• Good research, drafting and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
