About the Opportunity
White Collar Professional is looking for Legal, Compliance & Finance Research Interns. The internship will provide law students and recent graduates with practical exposure to legal research, drafting and compliance-related work.
Interns will work with the legal and finance team on assignments involving corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
Number of Positions
The organisation is hiring 4 interns.
Duration
The internship will be for 3 months.
Mode
The internship will be conducted remotely on a work-from-home basis.
Working Hours
The internship is full-time with flexible work hours.
Stipend
Interns will receive ₹2,500 per month along with a ₹2,500 performance bonus.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year law course may apply.
- Recent law graduates may apply.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in legal research, drafting and corporate/finance law.
- Candidates should have good written and spoken English.
- Candidates should be familiar with MS Word and legal documentation.
- Candidates should have a basic understanding of statutory compliances and corporate governance.
- Candidates must be available for a work-from-home internship.
- Candidates must be able to start immediately, within the next 7 days.
- Candidates must be available for the full 3-month duration.
- Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in legal research and drafting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law and compliance topics.
- Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.
- Research case laws, judgments and legal content with speed and accuracy.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts and agreements.
- Prepare reports, summaries and presentations.
Compliance
- Assist with statutory and corporate regulatory compliance.
- Review and analyse legal documents with team members.
Documentation
- Maintain and organise research databases and documentation.
- Work efficiently on research documents and legal content.
Additional Preferences
- Candidates with experience using AI tools and prompts will be preferred.
- The ability to work efficiently on research documents, case laws, judgments and legal content with speed and accuracy is preferred.
