Roles & Responsibilities
Court and Registry Proceedings
The selected lawyer will appear before the Trade Marks Registry and courts and attend hearings relating to assigned matters.
Trademark Litigation
The role involves handling Trade Mark Oppositions, Rectifications and related proceedings.
Pleadings and Litigation Drafting
The lawyer will draft pleadings, notices, applications, affidavits and written submissions.
Evidence and Filing
The position includes preparing and filing evidence and other documents required during litigation proceedings.
Legal Research and Case Strategy
The role involves conducting legal research and assisting in developing case strategy.
IP and Commercial Litigation
The selected candidate will handle matters involving IP infringement, passing off and other commercial litigation.
Matter Management
The lawyer will attend hearings and take ownership of assigned matters through the litigation process.
