About the Opportunity

Finanshels is looking for a Legal Intern to join its Legal & Compliance team, working remotely from India. This is a paid legal internship in India, running for a period of six months.

The Finanshels legal internship offers hands-on exposure to live compliance and contracting work at a finance platform that operates across the UAE and India. Working with the Legal & Compliance team, the intern will gain a practical understanding of how contract review, legal research and corporate filings are handled at a growing finance business.

Mode

The internship is fully remote, and the intern will work remotely from India.

Duration

The internship will run for a period of 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Law students or recent graduates are eligible to apply
• Some prior experience in contracts is required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contract drafting and review
• Legal research across Indian and UAE laws
• Support on corporate filings
