About the Opportunity
The Associate will check the quality of AI-generated contract data and manually extract information when outputs are missing, incomplete or inaccurate. The role combines commercial contract review with data validation and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- A law degree from an institution recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- At least 7.0 CGPA or 65% aggregate marks in their highest law qualification, whether LL.B. or LL.M.
- 0–3 years of experience in transactional contract support within a law firm, corporate organisation or Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) company.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with AI-assisted tools.
LPO experience is preferred. An LL.M. and completion of Classes XI and XII in the Medical or Non-Medical stream are listed as additional advantages.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review AI-extracted contract data for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements.
- Validate extracted information against original contracts.
- Manually extract metadata, clauses and other required information.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate complex issues to project leads.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity when reviewing large volumes of contracts.
Location
The positions are available in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, and Mohali, Punjab.
Work Mode
The role follows a hybrid arrangement. Office attendance is twice a month in Gurugram and once a week in Mohali.
