About the Opportunity
Diaz Legal is inviting applications for its Legal Internship Programme for the months of July and August. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to litigation and tribunal practice by allowing interns to work on live legal matters under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
Duration
The internship will be conducted during July and August.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in offline mode from the firm’s Noida office.
Location
The selected interns will be required to work from the firm’s Noida office.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year law student.
- Be enrolled in a reputed law college.

Interns will gain exposure to matters relating to:
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT)
- Court Litigation
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
- Assist the team in analysing legal issues arising in ongoing cases.
Drafting & Case Support
- Assist in preparing legal drafts and case-related documents.
- Support lawyers in handling live litigation and tribunal matters.
Litigation Exposure
- Observe and assist in proceedings before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Gain practical training under experienced legal professionals.
