The firm is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Paralegal to support its Corporate Team in Delhi. The selected candidate will assist with transactional, advisory and compliance-related assignments while gaining practical exposure to corporate law.
The role includes structured learning and training across the corporate legal practice. Candidates who perform well during the six-month engagement may be considered for a full-time Associate position.
Eligibility and Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Strong legal drafting and document review skills.
- A good understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
