About the Internship
K&G Techlaw is inviting applications from 4th-year law students interested in building a career in Corporate Law. The internship is designed for students seeking practical exposure to corporate transactions, contract drafting, compliance, advisory work, and legal research.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfil the following:
- Currently pursuing the 4th year of a 5-year law programme
- Prior internship experience in Corporate Law is mandatory
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Interest in corporate transactions, compliance, contract drafting, and advisory work
Preference Criteria
Preference will be given to candidates having:
- Relevant prior Corporate Law internship experience
- Practical exposure to corporate legal work and compliance matters
Please note that candidates with experience limited to Litigation, Court Practice, or Dispute Resolution will not be considered.
