The practice brings together lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries to advise on commercial transactions and regulatory matters.

About the Job Opportunities
The firm is expanding its Corporate & Capital Markets Division and recruiting across four roles. Candidates with prior experience in corporate law or capital markets, particularly IPO-related work, will be preferred.

Eligibility and Experience
Applicants should meet the experience requirements for their chosen position. Freshers may apply for the Associate openings.
Prior experience in corporate law, capital markets and IPO-related assignments will receive preference.
