Proposing an Anti-Paper Leak Bill
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
- Proposing further legislative or structural reforms, including stricter penalties, faster trials and better examination-security technology.
- Balancing deterrence for organised cheating syndicates with protection for genuine students affected by examination malpractice.
Word Limit
The word limit is as follows:
- Analysis: Up to 2,000 words.
- Opinion: Up to 2,500 words.
Submission Guidelines
- Co-authorship of up to 2 authors is permitted.
- Submissions must be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing and justified alignment.
- References must be provided as hyperlinks in the body of the submission. Where no hyperlink is available, endnotes may be used in accordance with the 4th edition of the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA).
- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Submissions must be submitted in Word format (.doc or .docx).
Deadline
The last date for submission is September 25, 2026.
