The Centre for Environmental Law at the Institute of Law, Nirma University (ILNU) invites blog submissions on contemporary issues concerning environmental and energy law.

The Centre provides a platform for students, academicians, researchers and professionals to contribute legal analysis on developments in environmental and energy law.

About the Opportunity

The Centre for Environmental Law, ILNU is inviting blog submissions on the theme β€œContemporary Discourses in Environmental and Energy Law.” Selected blogs will be published on the official CEL, ILNU website.

Submissions may address issues across environmental protection, energy transition, climate change, pollution regulation, environmental enforcement, green finance and sustainable development.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students, academicians, researchers and professionals working on environmental and energy law issues may submit.
  • Submissions should be between 1,000 and 1,500 words, excluding footnotes.
  • Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted.

Practice Areas

Submissions may explore the following suggested sub-themes:

  • Ozone Depletion and Atmospheric Protection Law
  • Renewable Energy and the Just Energy Transition
  • Climate Change, Carbon Markets, and Climate Litigation
  • Air, Water, and Plastic Pollution Regulation
  • Environmental Enforcement and Judicial Trends
  • Green Finance and Sustainable Development

Deadline

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis, and contributors may submit their blogs at any time.
