About the Organisation
The Centre for Advanced Research on Corporate and Insolvency Laws (CARCIL) was established in 2019 under the aegis of Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna with the objective of promoting research, policy discourse, and capacity building in corporate law, corporate governance, and insolvency law. The Centre seeks to bridge the gap between academic legal research and real-world regulatory challenges by encouraging engagement between scholars, policymakers, practitioners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

About the Call for Blogs
CARCIL is inviting submissions for its blog platform focused on developments in corporate and business laws. Students, researchers, academicians, and legal professionals may contribute analytical and research-driven writings in the following categories.
Categories of Submission
Authors may submit:
- Articles
- Case Comments
- Legislative Notes
- Opinions/Columns
Word Limit
Submissions should ideally be between 1200–1800 words.
The title of the submission should not exceed 15 words.
Formatting Guidelines
Submissions must follow the following requirements:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Text should be justified with suitable sub-headings where required
- Sources must be hyperlinked compulsorily and endnotes may be used wherever necessary
- Writing style should remain formal, neutral, and precise, avoiding excessive legalese
Submission Policy
Authors should note:
- Submissions must be made through the Google Form only
- Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted
- Submissions must be original and unpublished
- Plagiarism above 10% may lead to rejection
- All submissions will undergo blind peer review by the Editorial Board
- The review process generally takes around 2 weeks
- Published work cannot be republished elsewhere without permission
