About CCADR

The Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) is a centre established under Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna. The centre promotes research, dialogue, and academic engagement in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) through publications, events, and other scholarly initiatives involving students, academicians, practitioners, and researchers.

About the Call for Blogs

CCADR is inviting original and unpublished blog submissions on a rolling basis. The initiative provides a platform for contributors to share analytical perspectives on Alternative Dispute Resolution and related legal developments. Original manuscripts from eligible contributors are invited for consideration in accordance with the prescribed submission guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students may apply.
  • Academicians may apply.
  • Legal practitioners may apply.
  • Researchers may apply.
  • Other interested contributors may apply.
  • Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted.
  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.

Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be between 1,200–1,500 words.
  • The title should not exceed 10 words.
  • Each submission should include up to three keywords.
  • Similarity should not exceed 15%.
  • AI-generated content should not exceed 20%.
  • Analytical articles are preferred over descriptive articles.

Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Paragraph Spacing: 6 pt before and after paragraphs.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in .doc or .docx format.

Submission Process

Submissions must be made only through the official submission form provided by CCADR. Manuscripts submitted through any other mode will not be considered.
