Atarya Partners is a litigation office based in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi. The firm was founded by Ayush Shrivastava, Krishnesh Bapat and Samyak Gangwal (AOR), bringing together experience across litigation, arbitration and advisory work.
Atarya Partners represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Trial Courts and Tribunals. Its practice areas include commercial disputes, technology law, intellectual property, arbitration, criminal law and white-collar crime, along with select transactional and regulatory matters.
About the Opportunity
Atarya Partners is inviting applications from law students for Legal Internships for the months of October and November 2026. Selected interns will work with the firm’s legal team and gain practical exposure to legal research, drafting, case preparation and courtroom work. This New Delhi legal internship is structured as a litigation internship with regular court exposure.
Duration
The internships are available for October and November 2026.
Number of Positions
Atarya Partners is looking to onboard two interns for October and two interns for November.
Mode
This is a full-time, physical, in-office internship. Interns will be expected to work from the office and make frequent appearances before various courts in Delhi.
Location
The internship will be conducted at Atarya Partners’ office in Greater Kailash-II, New Delhi.
Practice Areas
The internship focuses on litigation, court proceedings, commercial disputes, arbitration and related legal research and drafting work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year integrated law programme.
- Students in the final year of a three-year LL.B. programme.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Drafting
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents.
Case Preparation
- Assist in case preparation and strategy discussions.
Court Proceedings
- Attend and assist during court proceedings.
- Undertake regular court visits as part of the internship.
