About the Opportunity
APCR is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate at its New Delhi office. This full-time role is ideal for fresh graduates and young lawyers who are passionate about litigation, public interest law, and constitutional rights. The position offers hands-on exposure to legal research, drafting, case strategy, and court appearances in meaningful and high-impact matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a B.A. LL.B. or LL.B. degree from a recognized university. Applicants should be enrolled with the State Bar Council or be in the process of enrollment. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible to apply, and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will assist in end-to-end litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, supporting ongoing cases, and attending court proceedings under guidance. The role involves working on public interest and civil rights matters in a fast-paced and intellectually rigorous environment.
