The firm is seeking law graduates with strong litigation, drafting, and research experience who are interested in working in a full-service law firm environment.

The firm handles matters across litigation, dispute resolution, corporate recovery, arbitration, intellectual property, commercial advisory, and regulatory practice areas while representing clients before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums.

About the Opportunity

The firm is currently hiring Associates for multiple practice teams including Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Corporate Recovery, and Intellectual Property Litigation & Prosecution.

Selected candidates will work on litigation strategy, legal drafting, client advisory, case preparation, court appearances, briefing senior counsels, and coordination relating to ongoing matters before different judicial and regulatory forums. The role is intended for professionals capable of handling complex legal assignments within a fast-paced law firm environment.

Associates will be expected to independently manage filings, drafting work, legal documentation, procedural compliance, and communication with clients and counsels while assisting with litigation and advisory mandates handled by the firm.

The positions also require candidates to coordinate with internal teams, paralegals, attorneys, senior counsels, and clients while ensuring timely handling of litigation and transactional responsibilities.

General Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be law graduates with excellent legal drafting and research abilities. Applicants should possess proficiency in MS Office and relevant legal technologies.

Candidates must be available for full-time engagement and should be open to travelling for outstation matters and meetings. Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

Preference will be given to candidates who are AIBE qualified, registered with the Bar Council, and available for immediate joining.

Associate – Dispute Resolution Team (Litigation)

Candidates applying for the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team should preferably possess a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice.

The role involves interaction and briefing of Senior Advocates, preparation of court files and legal documentation, independent handling of filings and court appearances, client communication, and management of case files in accordance with the firm’s internal procedures.

Associate – Corporate Recovery Team

Applicants for the Corporate Recovery Team should preferably possess a minimum of three years of experience in recovery matters, Section 138 proceedings, SARFAESI matters, DRT practice, and related litigation work.

Responsibilities include legal research, drafting, review and filing of documents before Trial Courts, High Courts, and Debt Recovery Tribunals. The role also includes representation in contractual disputes, arbitration matters, company-related disputes, and corporate advisory work.

Selected candidates will additionally coordinate with clients, team members, attorneys, senior counsels, and support staff in relation to ongoing commercial and recovery matters.

Associate – IP Litigation & Prosecution

Candidates applying for the Intellectual Property Litigation & Prosecution role should preferably possess a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in trademark suits, copyright matters, and related intellectual property litigation and prosecution work.
