Eligibility Criteria
Paralegal / Trainee Associate
Candidates must be:
- Fresh law graduates who have not cleared AIBE, or
- Final-year law students (PPO may be offered based on performance)
Associate – Scale 2
Candidates must:
- Be law graduates enrolled with the State Bar Council
- Have at least six months of professional experience
Associate – Scale 1
Candidates must:
- Have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
- Possess at least one year of professional experience

Remuneration
Paralegal / Trainee Associate
Compensation ranges between ₹25,100 – ₹34,900 per month.
Associate – Scale 2
Compensation ranges between ₹35,100 – ₹44,900 per month.
Associate – Scale 1
Compensation ranges between ₹45,100 – ₹60,900 per month.
Probation Period
Selected candidates will undergo a minimum probation period of six months, after which confirmation shall be based on performance.
Joining Date
Selected candidates are expected to join from 01 July 2026.
